Complete prefabrication of a 1250 A power distribution board
As part of one of our recent industrial automation and power engineering projects, MH Automatyka completed the prefabrication of a power distribution board rated at 1250 A.
Siemens SIVACON S4 modular switchboard system
The project was based on the modern Siemens SIVACON S4 distribution system. Its modular design, high level of safety and flexible configuration enable the switchboard to be precisely adapted to the requirements of the facility.
The main protective element was a 1250 A Siemens main switch-disconnector, providing reliable isolation of the installation and protection in the event of a fault.
Busbar bridge and Jean Müller SASIL switch-disconnectors
The outgoing feeders were supplied through a busbar bridge, supporting low transmission losses and a compact installation layout. Each feeder was equipped with modern Jean Müller SASIL strip-type switch-disconnectors, designed for durable and reliable continuous operation.
The entire installation was completed in accordance with the applicable quality and safety requirements as well as the investor’s specifications.
